Terms and Conditions

 

General Terms and Conditions:

  1. The course fee excludes the registration fee, VAT of 5%, and course material.
  2. The course fee should be paid in full 5 days before the course start.
  3. Special Quota discounts will be given for candidates who lost their jobs or on visit Visa.
  4. Transportation fees will be applicable for the courses held outside Skill Riser Training Institute.
  5. Your seat will only be secured after receiving the full course fee by the administration team.
  6. No additional classes will be provided for the session missed by the student.
  7. The Skill Riser Training Institute Language Institute has the right to cancel or reschedule classes which may be due to unexpected circumstances.
  8. The class duration of any course taking place outside the Skill Riser Training Institute’s premises should not be less than 90 minutes.
  9. Group, Private and Semi-private courses will have a validity of 4 months from the start date of course.
  10. The Skill Riser Training Institute might remain open for classes during some public/private holidays. If the institute is closed during public/private holidays, the course will be extended, and you will be notified accordingly.
  11. Should the group hold less than 5 students then an alternative schedule will be provided?
  12. VAT of 5% will be applied to all goods or services delivered by the Skill Riser Training Institute prescribed under the Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2017 on value-added taxes.

Cancellation:

  1. All course fees are non-refundable once you start your classes. However, candidates can transfer his course to his friends and relatives or can select other courses in the center.
  2. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  3. For private and semi-private classes: Kindly inform us 24 hours in advance for a reschedule of class. Late intimations will not be considered for a reschedule and the hour(s) will be charged.
  4. For private and semi-private classes, in case you exceed the validity of the course mentioned above, no refund will be processed for the balance hours.

For Corporates – Terms and Conditions: –

  1. Signed MOU or Advance payment will be required to confirm any course.
  2. No additional classes will be provided for the session missed by the student.
  3. For private and semi-private classes: Kindly inform us 24 hours in advance for a reschedule of class, late intimations will not be considered for a reschedule.
  4. The Skill Riser Training Institute has the right to cancel or reschedule classes which may be due to unexpected circumstances.
  5. Certifications students should attend 75% of the lessons and pass the examination at the end of the courses.
  6. For Refunds policy, please refer to the Terms and Conditions in MOU.
